萨勒姆学院 或译塞伦学院、赛勒学院，是一所位于美国北卡罗来纳州温斯顿-撒冷的私立女子文理学院，创始于1772年，隷属于摩拉维亚弟兄会。最初只是一所小学，后来变成高中，最终在1890年开始授予大学学位。它是美国最古老的女子学院之一，不过虽是女子学院，实际也会接受年满23岁的男性作为继续教育的学生。2017年《美国新闻与世界报道》将其列在全国文理学院排名中的第122位。
