艾资哈尔大学，是一所位于埃及开罗市区的伊斯兰教学府，是埃及最古老的授予学位的大学，也是世界上最早的大学之一。其发展历史与伊斯兰开罗的艾资哈尔清真寺有关，是一所最负盛名的伊斯兰宗教学校 (madrasa)，由法蒂玛王朝于 975年所创立。其所属学生研读古兰经和伊斯兰法律、逻辑、语法、修辞以及学习计算月亮周期的科学。
